Runaways is a comic book series about a bunch of kids who find out their parents are super villains. Simple enough. It's a rather obscure property, but thankfully, my school librarian was a comic fan and had the first volume. It's okay. But the interesting part is, they aren't superheroes. Just a bunch of kids that, well, run away. It'll be interesting. The trailer was...meh. It didn't get me hyped. It looked like cultists met Gillmore Girls and got hitched. We'll see. The series premiers on Hulu on November 21, 2017 for streaming service.
